LAZIC005 – L’AMOUR EP
Label head Cristina Lazic returns to her throne with the titled ‘L’Amour’ EP featuring two originals and two equally stellar remixes by Los Suruba and Nu Zau. Yet again, her productions rely on sweeping pads, silky pads, full-bodied grooves and enchanted, fairy-tale dimensions. On the remix duties, Romanian wizard and Sunwaves’ favourite Nu Zau brings to the lead track all the minimal flavours with tight drums and rolling basslines, whilst Spanish duo Los Suruba opts for a mental, menacing, techno version for the late-night hours of the night.
LAZIC004 – THE BEGINNING EP
The La Zic journey continues, now stopping into Spain with Inshore making his entrance on our spaceship and his ‘The Beginning’ EP, which comes served with a remix by man of the moment, Kirik. Tight groove patterns, dubby atmospheres, and tent 4 harmonics guide the EP into outer world places, with crisp percussions, hazy stabs and deep grooves, whilst Kirik’s remix focuses on a menacing, mental groove that will make you lose your sense of direction, floating in the universe.
LAZIC003 – GIVE AWAY EP
Bouncing effortlessly from one planet to another – the La Zic dreamy spaceship stops in the UK with Reenday in charge of the third label release. After his recent appearance in the ‘Lunar Grooves’ series – the London-based young talent now makes his debut official with ‘Give Away’ EP. As in proper La Zic fashion, the EP features three hazy originals that melt together hooky vocal samples, tight minimal house rhythms, and vibrant bass licks, with Italy’s Francesco Mami (Get Physical, Rebellion) giving his own twist to the lead track bringing progressive-ish driving sounds and wider grooves into a bursting, flaming remix.
